Spread across 720 acres of land, Palmetto Hall Plantation is one of Hilton Head Island’s newest communities and features two championship golf courses, two tennis courts, a pool and pavilion, and a beautiful southern-style clubhouse. You’ll find people of all ages in this close knit, non-resort gated community who are proud of their strong community spirit.
Port Royal is home to approximately 900 single family homes as well as over 70 home sites not yet developed.
