“When Snow Found Hilton Head Island”

Hilton Head Island Snow DayIf you live in Hilton Head Island, you may find yourself asking, “when was the last time I built a snowman or had a (fun) snowball fight?” For many here the answer is ‘never’ or ‘not for a very long time’. Well it’s a good thing that The Island Recreation Association, along with the New River Auto Mall, will be hosting Hilton Head Snow Day on Saturday, January 26 from 11 am – 4 pm at Shelter Cove Community Park!

Every child should experience good old fashioned snow time so gather them and your friends and experience a winter wonderland complete with a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, concessions that will include hot dogs and pizza from Giuseppi’s, and a snow field with inflatable rides like a 35 ft. high inflatable slide!

Admission to Hilton Head Snow Day is $10 for children 2 to 17 and will once again include the snow field and all the rides you can ride. Children 2 and under get in free.  All proceeds will benefit the Island Recreation Association’s scholarship fund.
